Dr. An Nguyen is the senior physician at the Compassionate Cancer Care Medical Group's branch in Fountain Valley, Calif.

Dr. Nguyen has been a practicing hematologist and oncologist since 2001. As a principal investigator in ClinicAid's professional network, he has worked on more than 30 industry-sponsored clinical research trials in solid tumors and hematology.

Mark Skaist is a shareholder in the Newport Beach offices of Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth, where he specializes in corporate and securities law, and serves as the Assistant Chairman of the firm's Corporate Department. He brings expertise in the areas of public and private securities offerings, venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property (including technology licensing, development and distribution transactions), primarily for the high technology/information technology industries. He also advises on corporate governance and employee compensation.

Mark has featured in magazines such as Red Herring, Upside, and American Venture. He serves on the Information Technology Board of OCTANe, and is an active member of the Orange County Venture Group, the Technology Council of Southern California.

Dave Mulnard brings more than 30 years of Human Resources management experience to ClinicAid.

Currently, he serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Koll, Bren & Schreiber Realty Advisors, a leading real estate investment firm. Prior to this role, he has held management positions at Fortune 500 companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Dresser Industries and General Electric.

Dave holds a Master's degree in Management and a Master's in Counseling Psychology.

Lawrence Cohn brings his expertise in corporate law, securities, venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, and technology transfers in high technology and biomedical industries to ClinicAid.

Currently, he is a shareholder in the law firm of Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth, where he heads up the firm's Life Science Practice Group. Prior to pursuing law, Larry spent eight years in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry in a variety of research and development roles.

Lawrence received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1984, magna cum laude, where he was a member and editor of the Loyola Law Review. He also holds a Master of Arts degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Oregon, and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

As an advisor to ClinicAid, Mr. Charles provides expertise in evaluating new market opportunities and strategic alliances. He serves as an investor and advisor to growth stage companies, and currently manages product marketing for Xactly Corporation.

Mr. Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and a Master's of Business Administration from The Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine.

Ms. Moysychyn is Director of Health & Wellness at Brandman University, part of the Chapman University System. As a member of the leadership team, she is responsible for developing a broad range of accredited complementary and conventional healthcare education.

An accomplished businesswoman for more than 25 years, Ms. Moysychyn provides strategic vision and leadership that drives productivity. It is her dedication to building sustainable, mutually beneficial relationships that inspires while creating opportunities that effect growth and positive, profitable change.

Ms. Moysychyn's recent leadership experience includes The Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine, as director of external relations; executive director of the Executive and Health Care Executive MBA programs; and associate director of the Healthcare Executive MBA program. Before her service at UC Irvine, she was director of marketing for a nonprofit science education organization serving grades K-12; and launched two Internet companies and a visual litigation support company.

She volunteers her time and expertise to the Southern California chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (named Outstanding Chapter of the Year in 2010) as President elect 2011; as a member of the BIOCOM OC Task Force; and senior professional advisor to ClinicAid Research Management, Inc. and Consultants Link, Healthcare roundtable.

Ms. Moysychyn has a unique blend of education including a Masters in Business Administration from UC Irvine, The Paul Merage School of Business, Bachelor of Science degrees in chemistry and biology, and an Associate Bachelor degree in graphic design (all from University of Miami). She is also a certified medical illustrator.
